For our development programs, we are inspired by former world champion downhill skier Ingemar Stenmark when a reporter interviewed him after he had won his seventh consecutive World Cup. “You've been very lucky,” said the reporter, to which Ingemar replied “I know nothing about luck. I only know that the more I train, the luckier I get”.
We deliberately use the term "training," as continuous development requires ongoing practice. Our methods are inspired by sports, where video-analysis and feedback have long been integral to the development process.
Through our training, you will enhance your self-awareness, confidence, and understanding of how to effectively handle important situations while collaboratively fostering a feedback culture within your organization.
We also see the power of connecting strategy and transformation with the development of leaders. Hence, we integrate the company strategy into our programs and combine workshops, theory and specific skills training so you as a leader have the right leadership tools to execute.
